A Simple Exercise to Stay Grounded

Doing the vast amount of Spiritual work that Lightworkers are doing these days, staying grounded is not always the easiest thing.

Many have the tendency to become top-heavy, filled with Spiritual ideas, ideals, and out of the body adventure. However, it is essential that we are grounded as well.

This new millennium is asking us to both ascend to Heaven and have Heaven descend to Earth through us. So remember your grounding cord and your place upon this planet. The more integrated that you are between the Spiritual and the physical, the Heavens and the Earth, the happier and more balanced you will be.

To help you stay grounded, here is something you can do: Every morning and every night visualize a golden cord of light extend out of your Root Chakra into the center of the Earth. You can visualize this golden cord as an extension of your spine that anchors itself in the center of the planet. Make this visualization exercise a habit by doing it at least for 21 days. It will help to keep you grounded. Other ways to ground your energies include physical exercise, gardening, spending time in nature, etc.

The Integrated Ascended Master is both anchored in Heaven and in Earth. He is anchored in Heaven by continually keeping his mind steady in the light, but he is also anchored in Earth by having his grounding cord in place.
