Healing Tip 241: Ascension Meditations
The next golden key was doing the meditations in the last chapter of my first book, The Complete Ascension Manual, and the meditations in my book, Beyond Ascension. These meditations are some of the most powerful meditations you will find anywhere on this planet.
Healing Tip 242: The Seven Terrace Meditation
This golden key is a mediation that I did for many years which I learned from Paul Solomon, who now has passed on to the spiritual world. He was a most gifted spiritual teacher. Many referred to him as a modern day Edgar Cayce, for he channeled the Universal mind, or Source. In my early adulthood, he was a catalyzing influence in my spiritual growth and path. To this day, I find much of his work to be some of the clearest that I have come across. Paul brought through from Source a meditation that I found to be of great value. It was called the “Seven Terrace Meditation.” In this meditation you visualize climbing up a seven-terrace mountain in which each terrace is a different color of the spectrum. Each terrace also has an affirmation that goes with it.
The first terrace is red and represents expectancy and excitement. The second terrace is orange and stands for death of the old. The third terrace is yellow and signifies rebirth. The fourth terrace is green and represents harmony with Source. The fifth terrace is light blue and represents alignment with the truth of your being. The sixth terrace is violet and is like being in heaven merged with God’s will. This requires that you take responsibility for yourself as you approach the throne of grace. The seventh terrace is white and represents the perfected state. Once you have climbed in your imagination to the top of the mountain, you create a beautiful temple of your higher self and Mighty I Am Presence, building it first outside and then inside.
Once you practice this meditation on a regular basis, it begins to take form on the inner plane. It becomes a tool not only for the raising of your vibration but also for directly contacting your higher self. I spent a great deal of time doing this meditation in my earlier life, and I received great benefit from it.
Healing Tip 243: So Ham Meditation
This golden key is another meditation I have found very useful in my life. It is the meditation that Sai Baba, Yogananda, Muktananda and many Eastern masters have taught. It is called the So Ham or Hong Sau meditation. It means “I Am the Self” or “I am God.” It supposedly is the actual sound of humans breathing as God listens to us. When blended together during sleep one hears the aum. Say this mantra in rhythm with your breath. On the inbreath in your mind say “so.” On the outbreath say “ham.” Let your breathing decide the speed and rhythm of this mantra. The idea is to listen to the still point between the two aspects of the mantra. When a person becomes proficient at this meditation, s/he actually can live directly from the spiritual current.
Healing Tip 244: Light Shower
The next golden key has been the calling forth to all the masters that I work with for a “light shower.” I usually do this at the end of all my major meditations. It serves to greatly increase the light quotient and it feels absolutely wonderful.
Healing Tip 245: Creating A Grounding Cord
This golden key is to create a grounding cord down the spine and through the feet and legs into the center of the Earth. At the end of each meditation be sure to ground your energies and reconnect your grounding cord and feel roots growing from your feet into the Earth.
Healing Tip 246: Create A Spiritual Alter
Another golden key in my life was creating a spiritual altar or shrine in my home. As time went on my home became like a temple. I have many wonderful spiritual pictures and statues of all sizes throughout my house. Constantly being around these pictures and statues has an uplifting effect.
